Piero Schirinzi
Piero Schirinzi nació en Vervier, Bélgica, en 1960. Vive y trabaja en Collepasso, una ciudad de la provincia de Lecce, Italia.
Después de asistido a estudios de arte y haber adquirido una larga experiencia en las artes visuales, "plegó" su formación artística hacia el campo de la comunicación visual y la ilustración.
El arte digital es una faceta de su camino creativo, una de las muchas que explora a diario, casi como un "juego" que lo estimula e intriga en la búsqueda continua de nuevos caminos expresivos.

Algunas de sus ilustraciones han sido publicadas en importantes revistas, obteniendo también varios reconocimientos artísticos, como el "Sello de oro 2015 de la ciudad de Ostuni" con la obra "La ciudad que tengo en mente"
En los últimos años ha colaborado estrechamente con importantes cineastas profesionales para la realización de videoclips animados, mapeos de video en 3D y cortometrajes.
También colabora como escenógrafo con la Compañía de Teatro Calandra, creando sets multimedia tanto para el teatro como para importantes eventos del panorama artístico.

Su pintura digital nace de la fusión de gráficos por ordenador, lápices de colores y acuarelas. Alfredo Ronzino lo describe con estas palabras: "Schirinzi realiza un camino que se consuma en un tiempo pasado: el de la infancia. Vivido con los ojos de un alma no contaminada, cuyo contexto es puro, cuyo aire está saturado de colores; es el momento del entusiasmo, del descubrimiento del mundo, tangible y espiritual.
Imágenes fantásticas, a veces de ensueño, donde no hay perturbación para el espíritu, donde, de hecho, esto se calma en la mansedumbre de los contrastes de color, en la armonía entre paisajes y figuras".

Piero Schirinzi was born in Vervier, Belgium, in 1960. He lives and works in Collepasso, a city in the province of Lecce, Italy.
After attending art studies and having acquired a long experience in the visual arts, he "folded" his artistic training into the field of visual communication and illustration.
Digital art is a facet of his creative journey, one of the many that he explores daily, almost as a "game" that stimulates and intrigues him in the continuous search for new expressive ways.

Some of his illustrations have been published in important magazines, also obtaining several artistic recognitions, as the "Gold Seal 2015 of the city of Ostuni" with the work "The city that I have in mind"
In recent years, he has collaborated closely with leading professional filmmakers to create animated video clips, 3D video mappings and short films.
He also collaborates as a set designer with the Calandra Theater Company, creating multimedia sets for both the theater and important events on the artistic scene.

His digital painting comes from the fusion of computer graphics, colored pencils and watercolors. Alfredo Ronzino describes it with these words: "Schirinzi realizes a path that is consumed in a past time: that of childhood. Lived with the eyes of an uncontaminated soul, whose context is pure, whose air is saturated with colors; moment of enthusiasm, of discovery of the world, tangible and spiritual.
Fantastic images, sometimes dreamy, where there is no disturbance to the spirit, where, in fact, this calms down in the meekness of the contrasts of color, in the harmony between landscapes and figures".
