Sacha Dean Biyan es un fotógrafo de moda y reportero gráfico canadiense nacido en 1968, radicado en Manhattan.
Comenzó su carrera como deejay a mediados de los años 80. Luego consiguió una Maestría en Ingeniería Aeronáutica y trabajó en la industria aeroespacial y de defensa. Aunque no tenía formación formal en fotografía, comenzó a experimentar con cámaras, película y tecnología de cuarto oscuro a una edad temprana. Su afinidad por la fotografía le llevó a cambiar de carrera de nuevo a finales de los años 90.
Ha presentado exposiciones individuales de sus obras en São Paulo, Florencia, Barcelona, París, Tokio, y en Los Angeles, a beneficio de Amnistía Internacional.

Anna-Lou "Annie" Leibovitz, retratista estadounidense nacida en 1949.

Thomas Martin Easterly, daguerrotipista y fotógrafo estadounidense. Uno de los más prominentes y bien conocido de los daguerrotipistas del Medio Oeste de Estados Unidos durante la década de 1850. Su estudio se convirtió en una de la primeras galerías de arte permanente en Missouri.
Aunque su reputación se limitó al centro del país durante su vida, se le considera uno de los expertos más destacados en el campo de la fotografía del daguerreotipo en los Estados Unidos durante mediados y finales del siglo XIX.
Murió en 1882.

Se unió a la Asociación Brasileña de Arte Fotográfico (ABAF) en agosto de 2007 en la categoría de aspirante, después de haber ganado la Foto del Año, en la modalidad color, y Foto del Año en la categoría de blanco y negro.
En 2012, Paulo Mittelman celebró una exposición individual en el Centro Cultural del Banco Central de Brasil en Río de Janeiro.

On October 1 is the birthday of
Sacha Dean Bïyan, Canadian fashion photographer and photojournalist born in 1968 based in Manhattan.
He began his career as a deejay in the mid 80s. He then went on to earn a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering and worked in the aerospace and defense industry. Though he had no formal training in photography, he began experimenting with cameras, film and darkroom techniques at an early age. His affinity for photography led him to switch careers again in the late 90s.
He has held solo exhibitions of his works in São Paulo, Florence, Barcelona, Paris, Tokyo, and in Los Angeles as a benefit for Amnesty International.
On October 2 is the birthday of

She started her career as staff photographer in 1970, working for the just launched Rolling Stone magazine. In 1973, publisher Jann Wenner named Leibovitz chief photographer of Rolling Stone, a job she would hold for 10 years. Leibovitz worked for the magazine until 1983, and her intimate photographs of celebrities helped define the Rolling Stone look. While working for Rolling Stone, Leibovitz became more aware of the other magazines. Richard Avedon's portraits were an important and powerful example in her life.
On October 3 is the birthday of
Thomas Martin Easterly, American daguerreotypist and photographer. One of the more prominent and well-known daguerreotypists in the Midwest United States during the 1850s, his studio became one of the first permanent art galleries in Missouri.
Although his reputation was limited to the Midwest during his lifetime, he is considered to have been one of the foremost experts in the field of daguerreotype photography in the United States during the mid-to-late 19th century.
He died in 1882.

Paulo Mittelman, Brazilian clinical psychologist and photographer, born in 1952. He started shooting at 16.
At 17 had already assembled a small laboratory where homemade revealed and amplified their photos. He joined the Brazilian Association of Photographic Art (ABAF) in August 2007 in the category aspirant, having won the Photo of the Year, Color mode and Photo of the Year, BW mode in its category, being promoted to the veterancategory at the end, 2008.
In 2012, Paulo Mittelman held a solo exhibition at the Cultural Center of the Central Bank of Brazil in Rio de Janeiro.
